The Worst Advice EVER!

What is it?
When lifting up something heavy...."BEND YOUR KNEES". This little tidbit of bad advice has injured millions of backs! Probably responsible for 100's of millions of dollars in co-pays and out of pocket expenses.
Bending your knees first, shuts off the MOST important muscle of the back and lower body...THE GLUTEUS MAXIMUS...the BUTT.
You have to move your butt back first into a partial squat. That movement will save, not injure your back.
